At D3V.STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Refund Process
1. Initiate a Return

- Our team will verify your request and provide further instructions.
2. Pickup & Self-Shipping Options
✅ Pickup Service:
- Our courier partners will attempt pickup twice.
- If unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship the product.

Refund Processing Time
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of return pickup and reflected in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
- COD Orders: Store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days after pickup.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
✅ Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
